Hen Parties…
We can come to you or a venue of your choice, Or you can hire the studio where we train in for an extra charge of £20p/h. Packages start at £50 based on 1 hour and £75 for 2 hours. Goody Bags are available at £15 per person and include all the essentials for your chosen theme plus extras.If these are purchased the Hen will receive a free Gift. The Parties are based on up to 10 people, additional people are able to attend at an extra cost of £5 p/h.

A professional choreographer will attend with own sound system. You will learn the latest Beyonce moves in a choreographed routine, and be involved in some fun hen party games.
Burlesque
A vintage form of striptease learn to be the next Dita Von Teese. You will discover your individual burlesque personalities and your very own Burlesque name. You will learn a burlesque routine and how to remove your stockings and heels in a sexy manner which you can take home to the new husband on his wedding night.

Learn to bust a move like in the latest music videos, make your hens the new diversity by hosting a Streetdance hen party.
Cheerleading
Have you always dreamed of being the top cheerleader at school or just want to learn the cheeky moves from the film Bring It On. Come and have a go with your very own pom poms.

Come and have the time of you life learning the saucy salsa, and dirty dips from the hit movie.
